Cherokee Village has a wealth of amenities, including seven lakes with boating, fishing and swimming at a private beach or even the pool. Water skiing and sailing are also favorite pastimes. There is a playground, meeting halls, miniature golf, shuffleboard, horseshoe court, fitness center, campground, churches of virtually all denominations, two championship 18 hole golf courses and special events. There are over 50 different clubs in Cherokee Village catering to all interests and a wonderful sense of community rarely found in this day and age.
